Job Summary

The Admin Intern will support daily administrative and operational functions, particularly in

procurement, payment processing, document handling, and general office coordination.

This role provides exposure to administrative processes and vendor coordination within a

corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Procurement & Payment Coordination

• Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) on a monthly basis for all vendors.

• Support the processing of urgent payments, including insurance-related payments

(MSIG).

• Monitor and track payment status for suppliers and vendors.

• Verify monthly utility and service bills (e.g., Maxis, Unifi, TIME) prior to payment

processing.

• Assist in submitting claims for management and ensure proper documentation.

2. Mail Handling & Documentation

• Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.

• Assist in processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation for payments.

• Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and financial records.

3. Administrative Support

• Extract and prepare daily attendance reports.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and activities.

• Replenish pantry items and ensure the pantry is well-stocked and organized.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

4. Ad-Hoc Duties

• Perform other administrative tasks and simple assignments as required by the

department
