The Admin Intern will support daily administrative and operational functions, particular

ly inprocurement, payment processing, document handling, and general office coordina

tion.This role provides exposure to administrative processes and vendor coordination wit

hin acorporate environ

ment.
Key Responsibili

ties :
1. Procurement & Payment Coord

ination• Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) on a monthly basis for all v

endors.• Support the processing of urgent payments, including insurance-related p

ayments

(MSIG).• Monitor and track payment status for suppliers and v

endors.• Verify monthly utility and service bills (e.g., Maxis, Unifi, TIME) prior to

paymentproc

essing.• Assist in submitting claims for management and ensure proper documen

tation.
2. Mail Handling & Docum

entation• Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and corresp

ondence.• Assist in processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation for p

ayments.• Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and financial

records.
3. Administrativ

e Support• Extract and prepare daily attendance

reports.• Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and ac

tivities.• Replenish pantry items and ensure the pantry is well-stocked and o

rganized.• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office op

erations.
