Job Descriptions:

  • Assist senior to attend to all incoming service enquiries, warranty enquiries and technical enquires
  • Assist in answering service phone calls and provide speedy response
  • Assist in customer care advisor team process and learn how to handle customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
  • Independent, self motivated, positive attitude and committed to achieve team goals
