Role Description The Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to support electrical inspection and supervision activities. This role includes managing office workflows, scheduling and tracking inspection appointments, maintaining accurate records and reports for submission to regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely documentation for clients and internal teams. The Admin Manager will supervise administrative staff, handle correspondence with clients and external partners, and assist in preparing invoices, proposals, and other business documents. The role also involves monitoring office supplies and resources, supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with management to improve administrative processes and service delivery.
