Company Description Tenaga Bumi Services (M) Sdn Bhd is a registered provider of electrical inspection and supervision services for installations throughout Malaysia. The company certifies over 300 clients every month for electrical safety, ensuring compliance with the Electricity Supply Act 1990 (amended 2015) and its Regulations (1994). Certified electrical auditors conduct detailed inspections, identify urgent safety issues, and help clients prevent electrical mishaps such as fires and electrocution. After each inspection, clients receive a certificate for continued safe operation, and reports are submitted to the Government's Energy Commission as required by law. The company also offers 24-hour support and affiliate services for electrical testing, calibration, and equipment servicing, providing a one-stop solution for a wide range of electrical needs.

Role Description The Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to support electrical inspection and supervision activities. This role includes managing office workflows, scheduling and tracking inspection appointments, maintaining accurate records and reports for submission to regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely documentation for clients and internal teams. The Admin Manager will supervise administrative staff, handle correspondence with clients and external partners, and assist in preparing invoices, proposals, and other business documents. The role also involves monitoring office supplies and resources, supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with management to improve administrative processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including office management, document control, and records maintenance.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting and billing tasks, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and simple financial reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Competence in using office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools) and basic data entry.
  • Experience in managing schedules and logistics for field teams or technical services is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with regulatory and compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role; experience in electrical, engineering, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Salary package will be commensurate with relevant working experience and qualifications .
