Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle general office admin: filing, data entry, scheduling, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Support daily operations, logistics, and internal communications.
  • Help manage company documentation, simple reports, and invoices.
  • Assist with basic HR & finance duties like leave tracking and staff claims.
  • Update and maintain our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging posts and captions.
  • Use Canva or other tools to create simple visuals (don't worry, we're not expecting a Picasso!).
  • Help respond to social media DMs and basic client inquiries.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers when needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • 12 years of working experience (internships count too!).
  • Social media savvy you know what's trending and how to engage online.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools is a big plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication in English , Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Mandatory)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with a can-do attitude.
