Admin Officer

About the role

This full-time Admin Officer role is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at JT UNITED (M) SDN. BHD. in Senai, Johor. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the company.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inquiry and prepare spare parts quotation
• Handle PO from customer and issue PO to supplier (spare parts and machines)
• Prepare invoice and arrange shipment (spare parts and machines)
• Handling general office duties such as document filing, warranty claim, and some spare parts inventory
• Update document listing and summary report to Manager
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Written and spoken in Mandarin and English is required
• Well organized, independent, multitasking, and meets tight deadlines
• Positive personality, motivated, good attitude, responsible and self-discipline
