Job Description

URGENT HIRE: Admin Training Specialist in Kuala Lumpur

Contract: 12 months

Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Language: Mandarin / Cantonese speaking required

We are urgently hiring a Training Specialist to support our APAC team, based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a key role to scale our regional training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage training schedules, records, and logistics

Update and maintain all training materials (CRM, Product, Soft Skills)

Support and co-facilitate new hire onboarding & basic training

Provide on-the-floor coaching for new joiners

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in training coordination/administration

Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Knowledge of contact center / insurance industry is a PLUS

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
