Role Description
Internship Period:January End of April 2026
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration and Account Intern, based in the Kuantan District. The role includes assisting with administrative tasks such as managing documentation, scheduling, and correspondence. Key responsibilities also involve supporting financial processes, preparing account records, maintaining data accuracy, and engaging with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Other tasks may be assigned to aid in daily business functions.
Scope of Duties :
1. Manage the company's financial matters
2. Maintain and oversee the company's petty cash
3. Record and maintain complete company accounts for TB, THMS, and Tarmac Ventures
4. Perform online banking transactions
5. Prepare payroll reports for head office staff and company owners
6. Handle company statutory matters including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), HRD Corp, CIDB, and company utilities
7. Record company expenses in the UBS system and Microsoft Excel
8. Prepare quotations
9. Prepare claims and invoices for contract works received
10. File and maintain documents, invoices, and expense receipts
11. Arrange and process bank installment payments for vehicles and lorries
12. Manage payment matters and rental accounts for stores 1, 2, and 3
