Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ipoh, Perak. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and logistic coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate stock management, and effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Follow up on daily logistics, deliveries, and coordination
  • Monitor goods received and delivered (quantity & condition)
  • Perform daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
  • Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin & Malay
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Responsible, respectful, and willing to learn
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
  • Candidates with experience in construction / building materials or similar admin roles are an advantage

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
  • We do not encourage working overtime
