About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain information in company databases and systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier services.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and schedule arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics when required.
- Assist with invoice processing, document verification, and administrative follow-ups.
- Support company events, meetings, and other administrative projects as assigned.
- Perform general office administration duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
