Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain information in company databases and systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier services.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and schedule arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics when required.
  • Assist with invoice processing, document verification, and administrative follow-ups.
  • Support company events, meetings, and other administrative projects as assigned.
  • Perform general office administration duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
