About The Role
As a CBRE Administrative Assistant, youwill supervise the team responsible for providing business operationsadministrative support.
This job is part of the Office Operationsfunction. They are responsible for providing office support to a client,business function or individual contributor.
What You'll Do
- Assist in routine office adminwork which includes documentation, filing, correspondences and coordination andfollow up on administrative tasks
- Handle all related front-endoffice duties such as courier, mails distributions, bills payment etc.
- Organizing and support site SRC/ HR for teambuilding and engagement events
- Support productionadministrative duties
- Coordinating the service andmaintenance of all office equipment and stationery
- Overseeing the request forpantry stock
- Planning, updating &maintaining OJT process & matrix
- To carry out the assigned tasksin a safe manner and in compliance with all HSE and safety requirements
- Ensure quality personnel'scarry out assigned task using the required PPE's and HSE standard work wheneverwork on the shop floor
- Ensure compliance to theCardinal Rules requirements.
- Assist HSE Lead on foodhandling and audit cafeteria, HSE Calendar update, HSE-HMX Integration, PPE,HSE Document Control, HSE Management system & Records.
What You'll Need
- Minimum an SPM (Sijil PelajaranMalaysia), STPM, or a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration, withproficiency in Microsoft Office and a good command of English and BahasaMalaysia.
- 3 - 5 years of workingexperience in office administration Requires the ability to explain complexconcepts or sensitive information.
- Able to setup and manage theentire administrative tasks
- Able to work independently andcommunicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Wordand Excel
