Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role situated on-site in Lanchang, Pahang. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, handling phone communications, and performing clerical tasks such as organizing and maintaining records. Additional duties involve assisting executives with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Experience with Clerical Skills including organizing and maintaining records
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification in administration or related fields is a plus
