Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support in administrative and clerical tasks, managing phone communications, maintaining schedules, and assisting with executive-level administrative duties. The role requires effective organization and communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately
  • Support team members and coordinate with other departments when needed
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
