JD for Admin Executive :-
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative, both office operations, coordination with vendors, documentation, and internal support to ensure smooth business functioning.
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock
- Coordinate with building management for access cards, facilities, and maintenance
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management
2. Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, AMC, and services
- Raise purchase requests and track approvals
- Maintain vendor records and service contracts
3. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of office assets (laptops, furniture, equipment)
- Track asset allocation, handover, and returns
- Support IT in asset distribution to employees
Travel & Event Support
- Support travel bookings (tickets, hotels, local transport) when required
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, trainings, and corporate events
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain admin-related documents, agreements, and records
- Ensure records are updated and easily accessible
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in Admin / Office Operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
