Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation
  • Ensure all contracts are accurate, compliant, and properly filed
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and key deliverables
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on contract-related matters
  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of written communication across all materials
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
  • Ensure proper document version control and organization
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and coordination
  • Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Maintain office systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative or PA roles
  • Strong experience in contract handling and document management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
