Administrative Executive

Account Management – Work Dynamics (APAC/Malaysia)

  • JLL Site Office Management
  • Manages the well-being of JLL's site office, its office equipment, stationery, IT infra, pantry
  • Receives phone calls and visitors to the JLL site office
  • Takes care of site keys
  • Property Management
  • Car park operations
  • Manages the administration of the property's car park, season parking, validation, bays assignment
  • Coordinates and liaises with the car park operations vendor on daily matters
  • Coordinates and liaises with landlord and tenants on car park matters
  • Assists the site team in matters regarding uniform, PPE, benefits, HR matters and administrative matters
  • Events management
  • Assist the events executive on events set up
  • Assist with events administration as they happen
  • Assist with post event activities
  • Work with current or future CMMS systems to log complaints and related workflows
  • Manage access card matters from payment, application to issuance for staff, vendor, tenants
  • Support and provide coverage to the concierge team where necessary
  • Assist with procurement, liaising with vendors on necessary matters
  • General
    • Comply to JLL work procedures, SOPs and workflows
    • Any tasks assigned by management
