Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Executive role based in Klang. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting executive-level management, handling office operations, and coordinating schedules. The role includes managing communication, responding to inquiries, and assisting in the efficient functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance with exceptional Communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for collaboration and relationship management
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Training will be provided
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support the project handle
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good time management and able to work under fast-paced situation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in both administration and License Application tasks
  • Able to work independently with responsibility
  • Handle daily documents, phone calls, emails, and data entry
  • Assist in coordinating client or project requirements
  • Support with internal departments to ensure smooth task execution
  • Maintain proper filing and reporting of project-related records
  • Be a team player, communicate well, and adapt to multi-tasking work culture

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Time : 9:00am – 6:00pm
