Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Executive role based in Klang. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting executive-level management, handling office operations, and coordinating schedules. The role includes managing communication, responding to inquiries, and assisting in the efficient functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance with exceptional Communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for collaboration and relationship management
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel occasionally to support the project handle
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good time management and able to work under fast-paced situation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in both administration and License Application tasks
- Able to work independently with responsibility
- Handle daily documents, phone calls, emails, and data entry
- Assist in coordinating client or project requirements
- Support with internal departments to ensure smooth task execution
- Maintain proper filing and reporting of project-related records
- Be a team player, communicate well, and adapt to multi-tasking work culture
