Key Responsibilities
Project Controller
- Serve as the Project Document Controller, responsible for updating, recording, and filing project costs and other related documentation (may require occasional presence at project sites).
- Track, record, and compile all project costs and expenses, including subcontracting costs/expenses for personnel.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers with related personnel tracking, as-built documentation, and project archiving where relevant.
- Verify and submit staff expense claims.
Compliance and Departmental Support
- General Administration: Handle other Departmental and Project administrative tasks as assigned. (e.g., Floor Warden, HSE Committee member, First Aider).
- Implement and enforce the Company's ISO9001 Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Claims Management
- Process Claim: Follow up with respective personnel (Project Engineers, Technicians) to ensure all claims (Overtime, Salary, Expense) are submitted accurately and before the due date.
- Ensure all claims are complete (i.e., Google Map verification, receipts, and supporting documents) prior to submission and approval.
- Process claims and liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely payout.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Diploma education or relevant qualification,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is a strong advantage.
