Role Description

As an Admin Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in daily office administrative tasks and documentation.

Managing filing systems and ensuring proper record keeping.

Handling correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Supporting the preparation of reports, meeting notes, and schedules.

Coordinating team activities, recruitment support, and training logistics.

Assisting in data entry, database updates, and maintaining records.

Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the team/management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and productivity tools, including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Organizational and time-management skills are highly favorable
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
