Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Administrative Intern located in Batu Pahat. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, maintain organizational systems, support document management, and ensure compliance with filing and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include data entry, managing schedules, preparing reports, and providing support for daily office operations. The intern will also collaborate with different teams to facilitate smooth workflow within the office environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling administrative duties and maintaining schedules
  • Proficiency in data entry, document preparation, and basic office software like Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence
  • Attention to detail and accuracy for maintaining records and preparing reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic team environment
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with administrative processes in professional service firms is a plus
