Role Description The Administrative Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong Selangor. This role supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing records, preparing documents, and assisting with scheduling meetings and training sessions. The intern will help coordinate training logistics, such as participant registration, materials preparation, and venue arrangements. The position also involves responding to basic inquiries from clients and trainees, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative support to the team. The intern will work closely with staff to ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
