Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Intern role based in Kota Kinabalu. As an Administrative Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with coordination and organization tasks, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting customer communication efforts. Additionally, you will engage in activities that require effective communication and basic finance-related tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive organizational workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service to manage documentation and address inquiries
  • Analytical Skills to support organizational decision-making and problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Finance is highly desirable
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general office technology
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
