Role Description
This is an internship on-site role for an Administrative Intern located in Puchong. The Administrative Intern will perform various administrative tasks, provide support to the organization's operational activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain records. Other responsibilities include assisting in organizing files, scheduling, providing analytical insights, and contributing to financial documentation, when needed. Professional communication with clients and staff will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client and internal team interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and the ability to stay organized and manage records accurately
- Good Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data for reporting and decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Finance and related processes is an advantage
- Strong ethical values, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a plus
- Currently pursuing or holding a diploma or degree in a relevant field
