Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Shah Alam, with an option to work from home on certain days. The Administrative Personal Assistant will support executives by performing administrative duties, managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves handling communications, preparing reports, and facilitating professional interactions with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including the ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
  • Executive Administrative Assistance abilities, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and supporting key organizational operations
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other organizational tools Canva. Adobe
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Prior experience in administrative or personal assistance roles is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an added advantage
