Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Required skill: Microsoft Office
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma / Advanced / Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Administration
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin speaker preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, ability to work multi-tasks and independently

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin is required, in additional: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Greet and welcome visitors/guests, to assist and/or direct them to the related personnel/department
  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner & re-direct them or take messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. & distribute them
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
