Job Description

Accredited Center (PB) Administrative Executive
This role focuses on managing the administrative operations of an Accredited Center (PB) to ensure full compliance with Department of Skills Development (JPK) standards and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
System Management: Manage and update student data (registration, progress, and termination) using the MySpike system.

Compliance: Ensure all administrative workflows follow JPK guidelines and regulations.

Funding Administration (PTPK): Oversee all loan applications, document submissions, and claim processes for the Skills Development Fund Corporation (PTPK).

Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate student records for registration and auditing purposes.

Daily Operations: Handle general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in Accredited Center (PB) operations is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MySpike and PTPK administrative processes.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing high volumes of paperwork.
