Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admission Officer (Inside Sales) to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide information about admission processes.
Conduct outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with students in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
Assist in organizing admission events and webinars to promote the institution.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field; preference for degrees in Education, Marketing, or Communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
