About the Role
As our Admissions & Growth Associate, you will be on the front line of helping people make one of the most important career decisions of their lives. You will speak to applicants, understand their goals, guide them through the admissions process, follow up with them, and help serious candidates take the next step into Sigmaschool. You will also help us grow through offline initiatives: partnerships, university outreach, student communities, events, workshops, referrals, and local activations.

What You'll Do
1. Admissions & Sales
* Contact new leads quickly through WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups
* Book qualified applicants into admissions calls
* Speak with potential students to understand their career goals, pain points, and readiness
* Help applicants understand whether Sigmaschool is the right fit for them
* Follow up consistently until each applicant has a clear next step
* Keep the CRM updated with every lead, status, objection, and next action
* Help convert serious applicants into enrolled students
2. Offline Growth Initiatives
* Reaching out to universities, colleges, student clubs, and tech communities
* Helping organize workshops, info sessions, and beginner-friendly events
* Building relationships with communities that have career-switchers or aspiring tech talent
* Supporting referral campaigns and student ambassador initiatives
* Finding creative ways to get Sigmaschool in front of more serious learners
3. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
* Follow up with leads through structured WhatsApp/call sequences
* Rebook no-shows
* Reactivate old leads
* Track objections and reasons people do not enroll
* Make sure every opportunity has a next action
* Report daily and weekly numbers clearly

You do not need to be technical. But you must be curious about the future of work, AI, and why people want to break into tech.

Compensation
Above-market base salary with performance-based upside.
