Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Adobe Workfront Developer to join our dynamic project and resource

management team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain Adobe Workfront

solutions that streamline business processes and enhance organizational productivity. This role

offers the opportunity to work on complex implementations, customizations, and integrations

within the Adobe ecosystem while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with crossfunctional

stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business

acumen, and a passion for optimizing work processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

■ Design and implement custom Adobe Workfront configurations tailored to specific business

requirements

■ Build and maintain custom forms, automated workflows, and approval processes

■ Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for various user groups

■ Configure portfolios, programs, and project templates aligned with organizational standards

■ Manage custom field development, form logic, and data validation rules

■ Develop and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront and enterprise systems using

APIs, webhooks, and Fusion automation

■ Write and maintain custom code using Workfront's API, JavaScript, and JSON

■ Build integrations with Adobe's suite of products (Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud,

Document Cloud)

■ Implement best practices for Adobe Workfront system governance and data integrity.

■ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Adobe Workfront environment

■ Optimize system performance and maintain clean data architecture

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

■ 3-5 years of professional Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, and development

experience

■ Hands-on experience leading 2-3 mid-to-large scale Adobe Workfront implementations

■ Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing Workfront reports, dashboards, and

analytics

■ Solid understanding of Adobe Workfront's object model, data relationships, and system

architecture

■ Experience configuring and customizing Workfront modules (Projects, Tasks, Issues,

Portfolio Management)

■ Proven experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party system connectivity

■ Advanced proficiency with Adobe Workfront interface, features, and configuration options

■ Strong JavaScript programming skills for custom script development and field calculations

■ Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON for system integrations

■ Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront Fusion (formerly Workfront Fusion) for workflow

automation

■ Understanding of project management and work management methodologies (Agile,

Waterfall, Hybrid)

■ Experience with SQL or database query languages for reporting optimization.
