We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist to support enterprise workflow management, campaign execution, and operational efficiency within a leading banking environment. The role will focus on configuring, optimizing, and managing Adobe Workfront to streamline marketing operations, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across digital banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and maintain Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with banking workflows and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, IT, and compliance teams to streamline campaign and project delivery processes
- Design and manage workflows, templates, dashboards, reports, and automation within Workfront
- Integrate Workfront with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
- Drive governance, standardization, and best practices for project management and marketing operations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements
- Support user onboarding, training, and adoption across business teams
- Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, audit, and data security standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Provide reporting and insights on project delivery, resource utilization, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience- 4–5 years of experience in Adobe Workfront implementation and administration
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, workflow automation, and project management tools
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with integrations across Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Campaign is a plus)
- Proficiency in dashboards, reporting, and data visualization within Workfront
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management tools
- Exposure to digital banking platforms, payments, or customer engagement systems
- Certifications in Adobe Workfront or Adobe Experience Cloud tools
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architecture
