Drive and deliver advanced analytics or artificial intelligent projects to meet Group Audit's KPI as well as ad-hoc request from key stakeholders.
Support and collaborate with auditors in areas of advanced analytics, to understand data needs and deliver data-driven solutions, as well as continuous coaching on usage of applicable tools / technologies for advanced data analytics.
Analyse audit analysis requirements and lead in the design and operationalization of audit automation using applicable technologies.
Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of advance analytics automation, AI Model development, ensuring internal control tests are accepted and endorsed by users (auditors/ business) before operationalization.
Optimize existing AI systems and models for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet quality standards.
Write clean, manageable code and maintain proper documentation for all implemented AI systems.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to team knowledge by providing expertise on coding standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
As a Data Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on data curation, analysis and model support
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is typically essential, with knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with NLP libraries (eg Hugging Face, spaCy) and Generative AI models (including GANs)
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI models.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises deployments, focusing on scalability and security of AI deployments.
Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and data visualization tools (PowerBI, OAS), with the ability to generate actionable insights and effective reporting.
Understanding of model maintenance processes, with experience in fraud detection or risk management is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
