Advertisement/Content Compliance Specialist

Role Overview:

As an Ads/Content Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing and advertising content published by IUX complies with local regulations and licensing requirements. Your contributions will directly influence our brand integrity, regulatory adherence, and risk management, making you an integral part of our success. You will work closely with the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure all content aligns with both local laws and international standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review all marketing and advertising content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure content complies with advertising laws, including financial promotions, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Advise relevant teams on content creation to ensure it aligns with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
• Keep up to date with advertising regulations across different jurisdictions and inform teams of changes.
• Work closely with the compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory obligations.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing compliance, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of advertising regulations in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Law, Business, or related field.
