About your new role!

We are looking for a dynamic Advertising Account Management Intern (3-6 months) to join our team at GrowthOps Asia. Someone who loves customer service, has strong attention to detail, and has a lifelong love for learning new things.

This Intern is responsible for supporting the Account Manager/Director within a defined client portfolio, delivering exceptional client servicing initiatives, nurturing strategic client relationships and facilitating financial growth for key accounts. The role allows you to deeply understand the inner workings of a digital agency, supporting the billing for performance media and creative services within the overall GrowthOps service offering. Success on the account is measured through revenue growth, margin objectives, and client feedback.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Receiving and documenting client's requests in clearly articulated briefing documents
  • Providing regular reporting and updates to clients & team members
  • Organising WIPs and meetings with clients & internal teams
  • Managing assigned projects, campaigns, and handling the creative development, execution and production of the creative work (i.e. photoshoot, video shoot, event activation, etc), where required
  • Keep abreast of new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks and projects in assistance to the Client Servicing team
  • Assist in competitive review and market research, where required

What We'd Love To See From You

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any other related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas and insights
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
