This is a sales and revenue oriented job role by aiming to increase company revenue by selling our digital marketing solutions and service to new customers/ prospects.
Responsibilities
1) Consultative Selling
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing consultative sales support.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored product presentations or demonstrations.
- Offer expert advice, recommendations, and solutions based on a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry.
2) Account Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on potential market segments and industries to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and gather relevant information to personalize sales approaches.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in the domestic market.
3) Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects & clients through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide value-added information to build trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and offer customized solutions.

Requirements:
- Able to work on-site in the office.
- Possess own transport for working purposes (to meet up with prospect/ clients)
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in client servicing/ account management/ sales in related fields are required for this position.
