Job Description

Our business is looking for a Business Development/ Sales Manager to drive growth and secure top brand clients across priority categories. You'll own the full BD/ Sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and pitching to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and make an impact from day one. What You'll Do

  • Identify and source new direct brand clients across priority categories.
  • Drive proactive outreach through networking, prospecting, and market mapping.
  • Own the full BD lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs to position AnyMind's solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with brand marketers and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure smooth transition from pitch to execution through close collaboration with Account Management.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within newly onboarded clients.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Operation teams to ensure accurate scoping and alignment on solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting for management visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, brand movements, and category opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, or new vertical expansion.
  • Represent AnyMind at events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand presence.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or direct client sales (experience in digital/Influencer Marketing/social is a strong advantage).
  • Strong in pitching and delivering compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate commercial discussions confidently and close deals effectively.
  • Sharp at opportunity spotting you naturally identify new categories, emerging trends, and potential brand openings.
  • Able to lead strategic conversations with clients, ask the right questions, and translate insights into clear business opportunities.
  • Possesses solid commercial acumen, understanding value, margins, and revenue planning.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with confidence in handling client-facing interactions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing pipelines, and juggling multiple leads at once.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and familiar with CRM tools, presentation decks, and basic data analytics.
