Role Overview
We are hiring an Advertising Sales Specialist to sell ad inventory, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns. The role combines media expertise with consultative selling — building advertiser relationships that renew because the ROI is real.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Pitch advertising solutions tailored to each advertiser's goals and audience
- Build proposals, media plans, and rate cards
- Negotiate commercial terms and close ad agreements
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM
- Partner with ad ops, creative, and editorial teams on campaign execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in advertising sales (digital, print, podcast, or broadcast)
- Track record of closing advertising or sponsorship deals
- Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, viewability, engagement)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and consultative selling skills
- Hands-on with ad sales CRMs and inventory management tools
- Existing relationships with brands or media buyers is a plus
