Develop and manage HTHP/MPD planning with the team, ensuring safe and efficient well operations, implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and all other pre-job planning
Conduct HTHP and MPD familiarization, onboarding, training and coaching.
Involve with Companys on daily and/or section work instruction write-up and discussion for HTHP and MPD section.
Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
Ensure compliance with Companys Standards and Procedures.
Capture all lessons learnt (including AAR) into Companys database and actively participate in Lessons Learnt/QAQC operating rhythm.
Requirements
Must possess a tertiary qualification (especially in engineering or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 15 years of experience in Drilling & Completions engineering and operations related; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP and MPD experience
Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
