Responsibilities
What Can You Expect - A dynamic role combining procurement operations, system enablement, and stakeholder engagement - Exposure to client-facing engagements and internal consulting projects - Hands-on experience managing end-to-end procurement processes within Coupa - Collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and suppliers - A performance-driven environment with opportunities for career progression (Assistant Manager / Manager level) How Will You Make Your Mark - Execute and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and approval workflows - Act as a key point of contact for users and stakeholders, resolving operational queries efficiently - Support supplier onboarding and data maintenance aligned with governance standards - Drive adoption and effective use of the Coupa S2P platform, providing functional guidance to users - Monitor and improve procurement performance metrics such as cycle times and issue resolution - Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and user experience - Support business development efforts, including presentations and client engagement where required
Requirements
Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related disciplines - 3-6 years of experience in procurement operations or S2P environments - Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle (sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing) - Hands-on experience with Coupa or other procurement technologies (preferred) - Experience in operations support or helpdesk environments is an advantage - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - A proactive individual with a strong client service orientation and project management capability What to Expect in the Selection Journey - A Friendly Pre-Screening Call - We want you to feel empowered and informed throughout the process - Interview Stage - Our recruitment team will reach out for an initial chat - nothing intimidating, just a conversation to get to know you better.
