Responsibilities
What Can You Expect - Opportunities to manage or support multiple concurrent technology implementation projects. - Handson involvement across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. - Frequent interaction with client leadership, business users and crossfunctional delivery teams. - A fastpaced, resultsdriven environment with strong emphasis on quality delivery and stakeholder engagement. - Ongoing development through real project experience, coaching and exposure to leading practices and tools. How Will You Make Your Mark - Manage endtoend implementation of procurement technology solutions, including planning, execution and closeout. - Partner with clients and project teams to gather, validate and align on business and technical requirements. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables and overall progress. - Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes. - Prepare clear and structured project status reports and present updates to key stakeholders. - Drive effective communication between clients and delivery teams, including workshops, testing, training and issue resolution sessions. - Build trusted relationships with internal teams, vendors and client stakeholders. - Support additional project or practice initiatives as required to achieve overall engagement objectives.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For - A recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline. - Experience ranging from junior to senior levels, managing complex IT and technology implementation projects: - Manager - 8 - 10 years - Assistant Manager - 6 - 8 years - Strong experience delivering cloudbased and SaaS solutions, preferably within procurement or enterprise platforms. - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex delivery environments. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Clarizen, Jira or equivalent. - Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) are an added advantage. - A collaborative mindset, strong leadership capability and commitment to highquality delivery.
