Responsibilities
What Can You Expect Associate Director & Manager: - Ownership of complex, endtoend technology and digital transformation engagements. - Direct engagement with senior stakeholders, steering committees and boards. - Opportunities to drive gotomarket initiatives and business development efforts. -A platform to mentor future leaders and shape the direction of the practice. Senior Associate & Associate: - Exposure to full project lifecycles, from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design and delivery. - Participation in client workshops, stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements. - Continuous skills development across digital strategy, IT operating models, and governance frameworks. - A flexible, inclusive environment that supports growth and career progression. How Will You Make Your Mark Associate Director & Manager: - Lead and oversee enterprisewide Digital and IT strategy initiatives, including target operating models and digital roadmaps. - Advise CIOs and senior leaders on IT governance, operating models, sourcing strategies and cost optimisation. - Ensure highquality, profitable delivery of multiple engagements while maintaining strong client satisfaction. - Drive business development, identify new opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. - Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, frameworks and digital trends. - Mentor and develop managers and consultants, building a highperformance team culture. Senior Associate & Associate: - Contribute to the design and delivery of Digital and IT strategies, including futurestate recommendations. - Gather, analyse and document functional and nonfunctional requirements, including user stories. - Support architecture, delivery approach and costmodel assessments. - Develop highquality client deliverables, reports and presentations. - Apply global frameworks and best practices such as Agile, SDLC, ITIL and COBIT. - Work collaboratively with teams and clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For Associate Director & Manager: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline master's degree preferred. - Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP or Agile are highly desirable. - Experience in Technology Consulting or Digital Transformation, including leadership of large, complex programmes. - Associate Director - 10+ years - Manager - 8 - 10 years - Strong expertise in CIO Advisory domains, including IT strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model design and governance. - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders. - Strong leadership, communication and commercial acumen. Senior Associate & Associate - Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - Experience in IT/Technology Consulting, Technology Delivery or relevant industry roles (e.g. Banking). - Senior Associate - 3 - 6 years - Associate - less than 3 years - Strong analytical, problemsolving and stakeholder communication skills. - Selfdriven, wellorganised and able to perform in a fastpaced environment. - Interest in building a longterm career in technology and digital consulting. - Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
