Responsibilities
What Can You Expect - Ownership of delivery quality, client outcomes, and team performance across engagements - A fast‑paced consulting environment managing three or more client engagements simultaneously - Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and senior client leadership - Continuous exposure to emerging technologies, regulatory expectations, and industry trends - Opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and practice growth How Will You Make Your Mark Engagement & Project Management - Lead multiple client engagements end‑to‑end, owning scope, timelines, resourcing, and delivery plans - Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues - Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across all engagements Stakeholder & Client Management - Act as the primary client contact for assigned engagements - Lead client meetings, workshops, presentations, and senior stakeholder forums - Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable, risk‑based recommendations Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise - Serve as a subject matter expert across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and cloud‑native environments - Review and challenge technical assessments, designs, and recommendations - Shape technical approaches, methodologies, and reusable assets Team Leadership & Development - Coach and mentor Senior Associates and Associates - Review work products and ensure adherence to firm standards - Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture Practice Development - Contribute to methodology development, thought leadership, and capability building - Support proposals, scoping, and solution design - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments
Requirements
Who We're Looking For Education & Professional Background - Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Experience range: - Senior Associate: 3-6 years - Assistant Manager: 6-8 years - Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in consulting or regulated environments Certifications (At Least One Active) - Cloud architecture and/or security certifications, including but not limited to: - Microsoft Azure (Solutions Architect, Security Engineer, Identity, M365 roles) - AWS (Solutions Architect, Security - Specialty) - Google Cloud (Professional Architect / Security Engineer) - Oracle Cloud (OCI Architect / Security Professional) - VMware (DCV, Network Virtualization, Cloud Management) - Kubernetes (CKA, CKS) - HashiCorp Terraform Associate - Red Hat Ansible Automation Technical Expertise Strong capability across several of the following areas: - Enterprise infrastructure and virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V) - Hyper‑converged infrastructure - Software‑defined networking (e.g. VMware NSX‑T) - Microsoft enterprise environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Microsoft 365) - Storage, backup, and resilience architectures (SAN/NAS, object storage concepts) Professional Attributes - Strong delivery ownership and accountability mindset - Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and delivery considerations - Confident, credible, and professional client presence - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - High standards for quality, structure, and clarity What to Expect in the Selection Journey - A Friendly Pre-Screening Call - We want you to feel empowered and informed throughout the process - Interview Stage - Our recruitment team will reach out for an initial chat - nothing intimidating, just a conversation to get to know you better.
