Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer (AEM) to join our Digital Banking team in Retail Banking. The role involves supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of both frontend and backend applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers and business teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions. This position requires hands-on experience in programming, a strong willingness to learn, and exposure to DevOps and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy digital banking applications using J2EE, React JS, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Support both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (business logic, integration) development.
• Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and application performance tuning.
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline activities and adhere to DevOps best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide documentation and support management reporting as required.
• Troubleshoot issues on HPUX, Linux, and Solaris environments.

Required Skills:
Programming: J2EE, JSP, React JS, React Native, JS, CSS, XML, SQL, Unix Scripting.
Frameworks: Spring (Batch, Boot, Core), Camel (CXF).
Tools: WebLogic Portal, TeamSite (LSCS, LSDS).
Database: Oracle.
Operating Systems: HPUX, Linux, Solaris.
Methodologies: DevOps, Agile practices.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java, J2EE, React JS, JavaScript, Spring Framework, and SQL.
Exposure to Weblogic Portal, TeamSite, or Camel (CXF) is an advantage.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, etc.) and Agile methodology.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication and reporting skills.
