Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Implement and optimize responsive web designs to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to deliver functional and visually appealing web products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve compatibility issues on both mobile and PC platforms promptly.
- Leverage version control tools, especially Git, for efficient code management and collaboration.
- Apply best practices in web development, code reviews, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and related technologies.
- Basic knowledge of contemporary JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with responsive web design concepts and the ability to resolve compatibility issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Git or similar version management tools in a collaborative development environment.
- Basic understanding of server-side tools such as Apache Sling, Apache Felix, Apache Jackrabbit, and Apache HTTP Server.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with the insurance domain is a significant plus.
- Experience with Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in tracking development and analytics implementation.
