We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Engineer with a strong Full Stack background to join our digital transformation team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level web applications using the Adobe Experience Manager suite. You will bridge the gap between backend logic and frontend presentation to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Technical Stack & Requirements The ideal candidate must possess 5-6 years of experience with the following:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Core
- Expertise in AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Deep understanding of AEM building blocks: Templates, Components, Dialogs, and Client-libs.
- Experience with Sling Models, OSGi services, and JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
- Backend & Integration
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in Java and JavaScript/Node.js.
- APIs: Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs to integrate AEM with external data sources and third-party services.
- Frontend Development
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with HTL (Sightly) for component rendering.
- Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (hosting and managing AEM environments).
- Familiarity with the AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Component Development: Design and develop reusable custom AEM components and templates using HTL and Java Sling Models.
- System Integration: Build robust integrations between AEM and external systems (CRM, Commerce, Analytics) via REST APIs.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize AEM site performance through efficient caching, Dispatcher rules, and frontend optimization.
- Cloud Operations: Support the deployment and maintenance of AEM instances on AWS.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and Business Analysts (BA) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5-6 years in AEM Development or a similar Full Stack role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
