AEM Front-End Developer (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AEM Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise digital platform development within the insurance domain.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in AEM architecture, front-end technologies, Java-based application development, and enterprise integrations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, designers, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.

Mandarin speaking capability is mandatory for this role to support stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise digital applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Work on AEM components, templates, workflows, Sling models, and OSGi services.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with backend teams for REST API integrations and enterprise services.
• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical solutioning.
• Work with DAM (Digital Asset Management) and AEM workflow configurations.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production issue resolution.
• Participate in enterprise digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain.
