Aerospace & Projects Executive (KLIA)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for coordinating all Aerospace & Project shipments by Air, Ocean or Land.
2. Issuance of quotations to Aerospace & Project clients for Inbound & Outbound
3. To handle all AOG request be it from clients or overseas agents during and after office hours, including during weekends
4. To coordinate and organize all OBC request
5. To coordinate with Operations department & Agents to ensure clients shipments arrive and are delivered on time
6. To handle Cross Trade Aerospace shipments in terms of invoicing and costing of job files
7. To ensure all emails of communication to clients and agents are replied daily and to not receive any reminders
8. To ensure all SmartSheets are updated and information is correct at all times
9. To ensure all job files assigned is properly closed, invoiced and proper cost is accrued accordingly
10. Ensure customer satisfaction in service

REQUIREMENTS

1. Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities and initiate
3. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in related logistics or freight forwarding
4. Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Melayu & English fluently
5. Knowledge of incoterms 2020 is mandatory
