Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough consultations with clients to discuss various treatments and aesthetic procedures, and prescribing personalized skincare regimens.

Maintaining meticulous and precise medical records to ensure seamless follow-up post-treatment and to facilitate informed discussions on new products and treatments with clients, thereby ensuring optimal results.
Cultivating a professional and approachable demeanor with clients, offering exceptional recommendations and guidance on treatment options, service packages, and skincare products.
Addressing any concerns regarding pre and post-treatment care, and providing comprehensive education to clients on self-care practices.

Managing client inquiries, offering detailed explanations on treatment courses, potential downtime, and post-care plans, thereby fostering confidence and trust among clients.

Monitoring and evaluating client progress during the post-treatment period to ensure satisfaction and efficacy of treatments.
Performing a wide range of medical esthetic procedures, including but not limited to medical grade laser treatments, injectable (such as Botox, Fillers, and Skin boosters), Chemical Peels, Thread Lifts, and skin tightening procedures.
Supervising and coordinating clinic workflow and clinical staff activities in collaboration with the branch manager to maintain operational efficiency.

Adhering strictly to company standards, policies, and medical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Keeping abreast of current market trends in aesthetic products and treatments, and providing insightful recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
Must be a LCP1 holder.
Medical practitioners in Malaysia must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council to practice legally and ethically.
Registration with the Council ensures proficiency, expertise, and the ability to deliver quality healthcare.
