Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Affiliate & Partnership Specialist who is responsible for developing and driving the company's affiliate, influencer, and community growth strategies

This role oversees the full affiliate program lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding partners to optimizing performance through data-driven insights. The role also includes building strategic partnerships, fostering a strong brand community, and coordinating affiliate-led campaigns to boost conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing partnerships based on data insights.
  • Provide affiliates with marketing assets, promotional materials, and ongoing support to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate program terms.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with brands, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop co-branded campaigns, cross-promotions, and strategic collaborations.
  • Track partnership performance and leverage insights to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Develop customized partnership packages to attract high-value affiliates and collaborators.

Community Building

  • Build, grow, and nurture an engaged brand community across social platforms and owned channels
  • Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions to strengthen brandconsumer relationships.
  • Organize online and offline community-driven activities (e.g., live sessions, forums, meetups) to increase loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify, onboard, and empower brand advocates, superfans, and micro-communities to amplify organic reach.
  • Track community health metrics (growth, engagement, sentiment) and leverage insights to optimize initiatives.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies that encourage long-term participation and brand affinity.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze key performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generation, and partner engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize affiliate marketing efforts and increase revenue.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize affiliate and partner contributions.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate affiliate-driven campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and strategies to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate and partnership initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Develop engaging promotional strategies to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
