Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focusedAffiliate & Customer Success Executiveto join our growing pet brand. This role is a blend of building strong affiliate partnerships to grow our community and ensuring our cat-loving customers receive the best experience possible. Affiliate Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates,catinfluencers, and content creators within thecatcommunity.
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing affiliates with product knowledge, creative content, and campaign support.
  • Track affiliate performance, monitor campaigns, and ensure accurate commission payments.
  • Brainstorm and execute engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales in the cat product space.
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights to optimize affiliate performance.

Customer Success

  • Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, helpful, and friendly support.
  • Provide product knowledge to help customers make the best choice for their cats.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products, services, and content.
  • Develop customer loyalty strategies, including engagement programs, community building, and repeat-purchase initiatives.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues to improve retention.

Community & Brand Advocacy

  • Engage with cat-loving communities on social platforms to support both affiliates and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop pet-focused content, FAQs, and educational resources for customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in affiliate marketing, customer success, or e-commerce (pet industry background is a bonus).
  • Preferably a cat ownerto better understand our products and customers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with affiliates and customers.
  • Passion for pets (especiallycats!) and genuine interest in pet care products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance reports and customer feedback.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tools, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-first mindset.
