HeyMax is a Singapore-based travel-fintech platform that turns everyday spending into meaningful travel rewards. Through our Max Miles currency, users earn miles on daily transactions — and businesses tap into a rewards ecosystem that actually drives loyalty.
We partner with 20+ airlines, hotel chains, and loyalty programs globally. As we scale into new markets, we're looking for an Affiliate Manager who will grow into owning this business.
The Role
We're hiring the person who will eventually own our affiliate business end-to-end.
Right now, that means rolling up your sleeves — managing partner relationships, coordinating campaigns with marketing, and keeping operations tight across our affiliate platforms. It's hands-on, and some of it is unglamorous. But you'll be building the playbook from the ground up, with full visibility into how the business works across multiple markets.
If you do this well, the ceiling is high. This function will scale with us, and so will your role within it.
The day-to-day is split roughly 50/50 between external partner management and internal execution. We need someone who's energized by both — not someone who tolerates one to get to the other.
What You'll Do
Partner Management (50%)
- Own relationships with our top 15–20 merchant accounts - account planning, regular check-ins, performance reviews, and making sure HeyMax is their best-performing partner
- Onboard and activate long-tail partners with the hands-on care that early-stage affiliate programs require
- Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner communications across our markets
Internal Coordination & Ops (50%)
- Work closely with our marketing team to set up and upsize campaigns - ensuring placements, offers, and links are correctly configured
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across affiliate platforms (Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten)
- Own data and reporting - tracking partner performance, identifying variance, and communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders
Who You Are
This role is for you if:
- You want to own a book of business, not just manage a task list
- You've been told you're the person who just figures things out
- You're equally comfortable on a partner call and in a spreadsheet
- You find problems before anyone tells you they exist
- You write clearly, follow up without being chased, and keep multiple things moving at once
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to manage both external relationships and internal coordination - this is genuinely a hybrid role
- Experience working across internal teams (marketing, ops, or similar)
- Hands-on with affiliate platforms or performance marketing tools (Impact, Partnerize, or Rakuten is a plus - we'll train the right person)
- Strong written English - you'll be managing global partners, often remotely
- Based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur
